Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations, including rent collection, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting for a residential community. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with policies, and help optimize cash flow and NOI.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor’s degree preferred or two years in housing; OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge is essential, plus basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to operate onsite software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income from applicants, current residents, and non-current residents accurately, timely, and efficiently.
• Process and reconcile daily all accounts receivable and follow up on delinquencies.
• Assist with meeting budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
