Job summary

Northland is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at Gateway Club, a 319-unit property in Boynton Beach, FL. You will assist with day-to-day operations, monitor policy compliance, and supervise leasing and maintenance staff in the manager’s absence.

This role helps manage rent collection, expenses, and the operating budget, while delivering top-tier customer service to residents, vendors, and guests.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role; hospitality or property management preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff, residents, and vendors.
• Weekend shifts may be required and travel to other properties/training may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager with day-to-day operations of the community.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures; assist with leasing and maintenance supervision in the manager's absence.
• Oversee rent collection and delinquency; support profitability and budget maintenance.
