Job summary

Northland is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager at Cypress Shores, a 300-unit apartment community in Coconut Creek, FL. You will help supervise leasing and maintenance, monitor policies, and assist with rent collection and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations at Cypress Shores.
• Monitor and enforce company policies; supervise leasing and maintenance in the manager's absence.
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency, profitability, and operating budgets.
• Proactively address resident concerns and uphold top-tier customer service.
