Wms in Florida seeks an Assistant Community Manager to help run daily operations and support leasing, financial, and administrative duties at a premier multifamily community.

You will assist with marketing, pricing, renewals, rent collection, and reporting while building strong relationships with residents and the team. Weekend availability and strong communication are essential. High school diploma required; 2 years in leasing or hospitality preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong computer, financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with Yardi software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community Manager to drive daily operations and resident experience.
• Support leasing team performance, training, and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and track financials including rent collection.
• Assist with marketing, pricing adjustments, renewals, and occupancy reporting.
• Maintain accurate lease records and prepare occupancy reports.
• Handle administrative tasks with attention to detail.
