Valiant Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to work closely with the Community Manager to ensure smooth property operation and accurate financial recording while assisting with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

The role supports the community team with daily tasks, maintains rental records, processes applications, and helps coordinate renewals, ensuring courteous resident communication and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain before interacting with residents.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing advertising materials.
• Assist in showing units and screening applicants.
• Maintain records of rental levels and renewals.
• Process applications and credit checks with the Community Manager's oversight.
• Greet prospects, qualify applicants, and collect deposits.
• Prepare leases and input data in Yardi accurately.
