TAM Residential seeks an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at the assigned community, working with the Community Manager to ensure resident satisfaction, retention, and achievement of financial goals.

The role involves leasing support, resident relations, and financial administration, with emphasis on accurate data, lease files, and fair housing compliance. Strong organization and customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years Multi-Family Property Management or Leasing experience.

Responsabilités

• Assist with leasing, resident relations and financial administration and support overall property success.
• Process rent payments, delinquencies and move-in/move-out activities.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals and plan marketing activity for the community.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and unit turns.
