Job summary

Waypoint Management Services is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to help lead daily operations at our premier multifamily community. In this role, you’ll support leasing, financial activities, and administrative tasks while building strong relationships with residents and the team.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in leasing, sales, or hospitality, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Community Manager to drive daily operations and ensure an outstanding resident experience.
• Support leasing team performance, training, and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Help execute sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Assist with financial management, including rent collection, delinquencies, evictions, and reporting.
• Track renewals, make-ready schedules, and occupancy reports.
• Maintain accurate lease, rent roll, and resident records.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend solutions to improve results.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
