Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Ability to fluently read and write English.
• Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and use on-site resident management software.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease and move in prospective residents.
• Maintain excellent customer service with residents, vendors and staff.
• Stay aware of market conditions and product knowledge in the community and competitive communities.
• Oversee and direct efforts to maximize rental income and occupancy through sales and marketing plans.
• Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in development, preparation and administration of budgets.
• Provide clerical and phone support.
• Monitor timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections and ensure laws are followed.
• Review Final Accounting Statements (FAS) for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain move-in scheduling and unit inspections prior to move-in.
• Prepare and deliver all legal notices per state law and company standards.
• Resolve resident complaints with the Property Manager.
• Input cash receipts in OneSite and reconcile deposits.
• Complete OneSite training and related processes.
• Initiate evictions when required and manage related paperwork.
• Conduct move-outs per state law and standards.
• Maintain all account records including NSF’s and adjustments in OneSite.
• Ensure timely collections and delinquency reporting.
• Communicate effectively with owners, residents, vendors and staff.
• Assist with customer complaints promptly and appropriately.
• Screen residency applicants per company standards.
• Participate in planned resident activities.
• Prepare Pre-Close and Month End accounting reports.
• Enter invoices for payment when applicable.
• Maintain accurate information with In House Collections.
