Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Property Manager experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of multifamily property management experience, including Class A communities.
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and employee development.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, reporting, AR/AP, and capital project experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing laws, maintenance operations, resident relations, leasing procedures, and safety.
• Proficiency in Yardi and CRM platforms.
• Strategic marketing and outreach with market trends and closing techniques.
• Highly organized, solutions-focused, and committed to top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations from leasing to renewals and resident concerns.
• Lead and develop a high-energy leasing, maintenance, and service team.
• Manage budget, financial reporting, and capital projects with accuracy.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies and monitor market trends.
