Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at the assigned multifamily community. You will assist leasing, resident relations, and financial administration to help achieve financial and operational goals.

You will work closely with the Community Manager, conduct tours with prospective residents, process applications, and help plan monthly marketing activities. A High School Diploma and 1–3 years in multifamily property management or leasing are

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Multi-Family Property Management or Leasing experience.
• Proficiency in Property Management Software (Entrata preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and driving record if duties require driving.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Professionals with leasing efforts and tours.
• Coordinate move-in dates and renewals on expiring leases.
• Maintain accurate lease files and ensure compliance with policies.
• Process payments and manage delinquencies and reports.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to residents and prospects.
