Job summary

Acento Real Estate Partners LLC. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at a residential community. You will handle resident relations, leasing support, and ensure smooth property operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and collaboration with vendors and management to maintain occupancy goals and high service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in leasing, property management, real estate, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Resident relations: collect and post rent payments, assist residents with maintenance requests, ensure prompt follow-up.
• Leasing support: assist with apartment leasing, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination; support occupancy goals.
• Administrative duties: manage resident files, waiting lists, and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Community walks: conduct regular property inspections for curb appeal, safety, and cleanliness.
• Vendor & contractor coordination: manage relationships with third-party service providers for timely, quality work.
• Compliance & reporting: ensure file compliance with policies and housing regulations; assist audits and data collection.
