Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Seattle, WA to support the Community Manager in achieving performance standards and delivering superior resident experiences.

The role involves leasing support, market insights, data entry in Entrata/Yardi, and ensuring property readiness. You will contribute to the customer experience and assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident communications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years multi-family leasing or related property management experience.
• Strong communication skills, customer-focused approach, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in maintaining performance standards and operations.
• Greet prospects and connect with residents to determine needs and preferences.
• Process lease applications, verify information, and communicate results promptly.
• Assist with market surveys and tracking of rents, specials, and events.
• Maintain accurate data in Entrata and Yardi; update notices and reports daily.
• Coordinate move-ins, paperwork, and resident communications as needed.
• Support social media efforts and resident renewal processes.
• Attend trainings and adhere to Mill Creek policies and procedures.
• Travel between communities if required.
