Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Community Manager in Seattle to drive financial performance and deliver leasing excellence. You will lead operations and maintenance, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service across the community.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while guiding pricing, occupancy strategies, and renewals to maximize value. Strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance of the community and maximize revenue.
• Lead operations and maintenance teams to ensure leasing, service, and property standards.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
