Allied Residential in Seattle is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to partner with the Community Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and strong resident satisfaction.

You will handle leasing, rent collection, property inspections, and resident relations while supporting a collaborative team and upholding company standards. This role offers hands-on visibility across property operations, training opportunities, and a path to leadership within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of property management or leasing experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Yardi or RealPage experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in overseeing all community operations.
• Show apartments, explain lease terms, and highlight amenities.
• Provide information on local schools, shopping, and transportation.
• Process leases, collect deposits, and manage rent payments.
• Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues.
• Inspect vacant units for repairs and maintenance needs.
• Support the Community Manager in case of absence.
• Attend meetings and training sessions.
• Supervise on-site staff in compliance with policies and laws.
