Job summary

Asset Living in Las Vegas is looking for an Assistant Community Manager to handle daily operations and financial functions of the housing community under the Community Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and risk management to optimize cash flow and performance.

The role requires strong organization, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA, and hands-on leadership to ensure compliance, resident satisfaction, and overall property success at the local level.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or two years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee postings, receivables, and monthly close to maintain property finances.
• Supervise onsite staff, hire, train, coach, and develop onsite staff.
• Ensure property appearance and coordinate repairs, inspections, and vendor management.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and OSHA requirements across operations.
• Drive leasing management, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
