Job summary

Bell Partners’ Assistant Community Manager supports the Community Manager in financial administration, posting rental collections, deposits, and maintaining accounting records for the property in Surf City, NC.

You'll assist leasing staff, coordinate with the Regional Manager, perform market surveys, manage notices to vacate, delinquencies, and keep lease files up to date while delivering strong tenant service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field.
• Strong collections experience and accounting skills required.
• Onsite/Rent Roll experience preferred.
• 1+ years in property management and supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing Consultants in leasing activities and resident relations.
• Post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting tasks.
• Meet with Community and Regional Managers to discuss performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and adjust pricing as needed.
• Maintain resident lease files and generate reports.
• Process notices to vacate and manage delinquencies and evictions.
• Field resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with leadership.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
