Bell Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in financial administration and leasing operations. You will post rental collections, handle bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions for the community while supervising leasing staff when needed.

Located in California, the role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate record keeping, and teamwork with the regional and communities teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills.
• Onsite/Rent Roll experience preferred.
• 1+ years of property management industry experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory and leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support Leasing Consultants in leasing apartments and lease when necessary.
• Post rental collections and oversee accounting functions for the community.
• Meet with Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes.
• Maintain resident lease files and generate reports.
• Process notices to vacate and manage delinquencies and evictions.
• Field resident concerns and coordinate resolution with Community Manager or leadership.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
