Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with financial administration for the property.

You will post rental collections, make bank deposits, and oversee accounting functions, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting. You will collaborate with the Leasing team, attend regular performance reviews, and help implement pricing and market adjustments to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field is required or combination of education and experience.
• Strong collections experience and accounting/bookkeeping skills are required.
• Onsite/Rent Roll experience is preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in property management is preferred.
• Supervisory and leasing experience is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and teamwork skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in financial administration for the community.
• Post rental collections and make bank deposits; oversee accounting functions.
• Meet with Community Manager and Regional Manager to discuss performance.
• Conduct monthly market surveys and recommend pricing changes.
• Maintain resident lease files and related reports.
• Process notices to vacate and manage delinquency/evictions as needed.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate resolutions with leadership.
• Perform administrative duties and ensure regular attendance.
