Qualifications

• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

• Assist Community Manager with leasing staff orientation and scheduling.
• Inspect model, office and vacant units to ensure marketability.
• Maintain organized on-site office and files.
• Lease to qualified prospects and support renewals.
• Manage office supplies and equipment.
• Uphold professional appearance and behavior.
• Know leasing techniques and current rental rates.
