Job summary

Lakeshore Management is hiring an Assistant Community Manager for our Harbor Belle community in Punta Gorda, FL. This role focuses on sales performance, revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality resident experience while supporting daily operations and administrative tasks.

Under the General Manager or Community Manager, you’ll assist with leasing, marketing, rent collection, safety, and compliance, with no direct supervision responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management, sales, or operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily oversight of operations, including budgeting, rent collection, expense control, and vendor management.
• Support occupancy growth through marketing, leasing, and home sales activities.
• Manage full prospect lifecycle: lead follow-up, appointments, tours, and closing.
• Oversee lease renewals and resident retention efforts.
• Provide resident relations support and promote a welcoming community environment.
