• High school diploma or GED
• Fair Housing certification required within 60 days of hire

• Ability to read, write, and present information clearly
• Professional appearance and conduct standards

Responsibilities

• Post rent to MRI and perform bookkeeping as needed
• Assist Community Manager with leasing orientation and scheduling of staff
• Inspect property and maintain organized on-site office and files
• Ensure curb appeal and knowledge of competitor pricing and policies
• Lease to qualified prospects and assist with renewals
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure safety compliance
