Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC/HUD highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Process rent postings and assist with bookkeeping tasks.
• Support Community Manager with leasing and office duties.
• Inspect units and ensure office operations are organized and compliant.
• Assist in resident retention programs and respond to resident requests.
• Uphold safety policies and training requirements.
