Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Fair Housing knowledge and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Post rent to MRI and perform bookkeeping functions as necessary.
• Assist Community Manager with leasing, orientation, training and scheduling of all leasing and office personnel.
• Inspect model, office, and vacant units to ensure marketability and keep files organized.
• Assist in designing and implementing resident retention programs and respond to resident requests.
