Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Experience with basic bookkeeping and office software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post rent to operation software and perform bookkeeping functions as needed.
• Assist Community Manager with orientation, training and scheduling of leasing staff.
• Inspect units and maintain organized on-site files and make-readies.
• Ensure curb appeal and knowledge of competitor pricing and terms.
• Lease to qualified prospects and support lease renewals.
• Order and manage office supplies and maintain professional appearance.
