Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations of our Bend, Oregon apartment community. You’ll assist with leasing, resident relations, rent collection, renewals, and partner closely with the Community Manager to maintain an inviting, well-managed property.

You’ll handle tours, applications, and occupancy goals, coordinate with the team on financial reporting, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused culture in line with our Live It

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent required or equivalent
• Two years property management experience preferred
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License required; CALP accreditation a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing efforts by conducting tours and guiding prospects through the leasing process
• Process lease applications, renewals, and related documents on time and accurately
• Oversee rent collection, delinquencies, and standard accounting tasks as needed
• Support Community Manager and lead the team in absence to maintain operations and resident service
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment across the office, amenities, and common areas
