NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee daily community operations and assist the Community Manager. You will manage leasing activities, collect rents, handle notices, and coordinate events to boost resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year on-site leasing or assistant management experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-site Leasing consultant or Assistant Manager experience in multi-family housing or similar.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CAM or ARM certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and electronic payments.
• Input data for move-ins, move-outs, renewals into Resman.
• Handle delinquency notices and eviction processes as needed.
• Support leasing and marketing activities, tours, quotes, and deposits.
• Prepare lease paperwork and assist with renewals.
• Suggest rental rate adjustments to boost activity.
• Prepare security deposit reports and month-end accounting.
• Maintain events and resident loyalty programs.
• Identify improvement opportunities to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Perform duties as assigned by the Community Manager.
