New Earth Residential LLC is hiring a Community Manager for a multifamily property in Columbus, OH. You will welcome residents, approve leases, analyze market trends, and ensure the property stays well-maintained, staffed, and profitable.

Ideal candidates have strong leasing and marketing skills, customer service excellence, and experience managing budgets. This role requires hands-on leadership with on-site staff, vendors, and residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years as an on-site Community Manager in multi-family properties.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with superior customer service.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word; budgeting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional service.
• Lead daily check-ins and align the on-site team on priorities.
• Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded.
• Maintain social media presence and update ILS listings weekly.
• Walk make-ready units to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Support budgeting and revenue optimization for the community.
