Qualifications

• Minimum one year on-site leasing or Assistant Manager experience in multifamily housing, hospitality, or similar.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping and electronic payments for the community.
• Process move-ins/outs, renewals, and leasing data in Resman.
• Support leasing and marketing activities: calls, tours, deposits, applications.
