NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Columbus, OH seeks a Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a multifamily community. You will welcome residents, drive leasing and marketing efforts, supervise on-site staff, and ensure occupant satisfaction while maintaining financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, revenue, social media, lease approvals, and inspections. Requires 2+ years on-site CM experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site Community Manager experience in multi-family property management.
• Strong leasing and marketing background with excellent customer service.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word; internet tools experience preferred.
• Community budgeting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Welcome prospects and residents with exceptional customer service.
• Lead daily on-site team check-ins and align priorities with Service Supervisor.
• Post and ensure all community income is accurately recorded.
• Maintain active social media presence with at least three weekly posts.
• Update online listings and property management system records for accuracy.
• Lease apartments and follow up with new move-ins to ensure satisfaction.
• Regularly refresh market surveys to stay competitive.
• Coordinate payroll hours and track mileage logs for staff.
• Inspect grounds and common areas to ensure curb appeal.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and file incident reports as needed.
