Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and minimize delinquency; maintain resident financial records.
• Process all invoices and update resident information in Entrata.
• Update rents, deposits and fees; issue late notices as needed.
• Deposit receipts daily; reconcile with bank closing.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist in administrative tasks.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and follow up.
• Maintain logs and general office/file management.
• Assist in preparing reports and manage supplies within budget.
