Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years property management experience preferred.
• CALP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing efforts by conducting tours and guiding prospects.
• Support rent collection and renewal processing.
• Coordinate with Community Manager to maintain community operations.
• Lead by example and help resolve resident concerns.
• Ensure clean and welcoming office and amenities.
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation.
