Job summary

American Association Management in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to provide administrative support and build friendly relationships with residents and vendors. You will collaborate with Management, Accounting and Maintenance teams in Condominium and HOA management.

This role offers a hands-on learning environment in a small, fast-growing, family-owned business. 40 hours per week with health insurance fully paid by the company, paid holidays, and potential for advancement

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties including scheduling and customer interface to ensure communities run smoothly.
• Screen and direct calls and emails.
• Manage contractor scheduling and update calendars.
• Track ongoing projects and communicate with vendors.
• Approve invoices and coordinate with bookkeeping.
• Maintain files using Word, Excel, and Dropbox.
• Monitor and enhance communities and provide friendly customer experience.
• Assist with day-to-day operations and grow into larger opportunities.
