Job summary

Cambio Property Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Michigan to support operations and drive resident retention. You will handle communications, leasing processes, and administrative tasks while aligning with company goals.

You will work with the operations team to increase occupancy, coordinate vendor communications, and assist in marketing efforts. The role may require flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Property management office experience preferred.
• Two+ years administrative experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong administrative skills including customer service and problem solving.
• Proficient with MS Office and software like Yardi, Rent Manager, Back Office, and Manage America.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must maintain a working mobile phone.

Responsibilities

• Support operations team to improve occupancy and leasing activities.
• Prepare and send resident communications, notices, and lease paperwork.
• Coordinate vendor/contractor communications and scheduling.
• Assist in developing local marketing strategies.
• Ensure property is well maintained and inspections are conducted.
• Meet regulatory requirements and handle resident concerns promptly.
• Forecast and report occupancy and sales metrics.
• Attend virtual team meetings as scheduled.
