Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks across a community. You’ll partner with the Community Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and a high level of service to residents.

You’ll assist with tours, applications, renewals, and reporting while helping manage teams and improve occupancy. This role offers growth within a community-driven company and requires strong customer service and organizational

Qualifications

• Two years of property management experience preferred.
• Six months of assistant community manager experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours, responding to leads, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Identify prospect needs, showcase available homes, and invite them to join the community.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee rent collection, charge posting, and billing accuracy.
• Monitor delinquencies and coordinate eviction procedures as needed.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Community Manager and maintain a positive work environment.
