Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support leasing, resident relations, and financial tasks while partnering with the Community Manager to drive team success.

You will help manage leasing tours, applications, renewals, and ensure accurate records. The role emphasizes customer service, leadership support, and maintaining a welcoming office environment across communities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Two years property management experience preferred.
• Six months assistant community manager experience preferred.
• CALP accreditation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing efforts by conducting tours and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Identify prospect needs and showcase available homes to join the community.
• Ensure lease applications, renewals, and related documents are completed accurately and on time.
• Meet occupancy goals through leasing performance and resident retention.
• Create and manage content for the community's social media platforms to highlight events and engagement.
