The Scion Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in supervising all operations at our living community in Texas. This role emphasizes customer-centric leadership, operational excellence, and strong team development in a fast-paced, university-town environment.

You will oversee staffing, property administration, maintenance coordination, resident relations and turnover processes, with an emphasis on safety, compliance and guest experience.

Qualificações

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-centric mindset and guest relations experience
• 1+ years' experience in living communities or property management
• Proficiency with property management systems, especially Entrata

Responsabilidades

• Staff development and leadership, including recruiting and coaching
• Manage property onsite schedule and after-hours on-call shifts
• Coordinate resident accounts, billing, and audits
• Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance
• Conduct monthly property walks and scorecard assessments
• Support annual turnover planning and execution
• Drive customer experience and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
