Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Community Financial Associate in San Antonio, TX, to manage daily financial operations, rent collections, and reporting for an apartment community. You will work with Yardi/OneSite and coordinate with the community team to ensure accurate records and timely payments.

The role requires 1-3 years in property management, strong communication, and attention to detail. On-site duties include handling invoices, evictions, and resident inquiries, plus supporting leasing

Qualifications

• 1-3 years minimum experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Understanding of lease terms and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent, fees, and other payments; posts transactions.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite; ensures data accuracy.
• Reviews accounts to identify unpaid or late fees; follows up.
• Processes vendor invoices and tracks payments.
• Manages evictions per notice requirements and court hearings.
• Oversees move-outs and security deposit handling.
• Responds to resident questions to boost satisfaction.
