Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to join Cardinal 95 in Glendale, AZ. You will support the Community Manager with financial operations, rent collection, invoicing and reporting while ensuring excellent resident service.

In this on-site role, you’ll use Yardi/OneSite to manage transactions, run daily deposits, and assist in leasing and marketing efforts. The position offers competitive benefits and opportunities within a leading residential real estate platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily financial transactions for the community, including rent and fee postings, deposits, and bank reconciliations.
• Operates property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata) and ensures data integrity.
• Reviews resident files to enforce leases and collect outstanding balances; communicates with residents as needed.
• Processes invoices and coordinates payments with vendors and owners; prepares financial reports.
