Job summary

Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee financial and operational tasks at a residential community. You will collect rent, process invoices, and keep financials current using property management software such as Yardi and OneSite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business-related field.
• 1–3 years in residence life or property management is ideal.
• Knowledge of lease terms and enforcement, including collections.

Responsibilities

• Collects rent and posts payments; prepares deposits and reports.
• Operates Yardi/OneSite and keeps data accurate in systems.
• reviews delinquent balances and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
• Process invoices, payables, and vendor payments with proper coding.
• Assist leasing activities; greet visitors and show apartments when needed.
• On-site supervision in absence of the community manager; coordinates maintenance.
