Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community. The role emphasizes customer service, accurate reporting, and professional interaction with residents and vendors.

You'll handle lease information, inspections, marketing outreach, and data entry in property management software, while maintaining a polished appearance and high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests with courteous, effective service.
• Collect monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs as needed.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and maintain lease information.
• Manage renter's insurance procedures and application processing.
• Ensure model apartments are ready and workspace remains clean.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and policies.
• Conduct outreach marketing and maintain contact with locator services.
