Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community.

You will handle file management, resident requests, rent collections, evictions support, and data entry in the property management software, while maintaining lease knowledge and professional conduct in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in the property management industry is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus, and customer service/sales approach is valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Use customer service and sales techniques to respond to resident requests.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs by inspecting units.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Finalize move-ins/outs and renewals, and input data into the property management system.
