Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in financial and operational tasks. This role emphasizes resident relations, accurate reporting, and compliance with lease terms.

The position requires 6 months in property management, solid communication skills, and a professional, detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours with comprehensive benefits are available at multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience.
• At least 6 months in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests with proper customer service and sales techniques.
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs by walking units to evaluate occupancy.
• Communicate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and finalize move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Oversee renter's insurance procedures and applicant deposits.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for showings and maintain a clean workspace.
