Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. The role emphasizes strong customer service and professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include handling reports, leasing processes, evictions coordination, and data entry in property management software, while ensuring readiness of model units and upkeep of policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• Customer service experience
• Six months experience in the property management industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests
• Collect all monies due and oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes
• Finalize move in/out and renewals files and enter data into property management software
• Oversee resident renter’s insurance procedures
• Collect deposits and process future residents’ applications
• Ensure model/target apartments are ready for show and maintain a clean workspace
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms, unit specs, availability, and policies
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses for informational materials
• Market outreach and competitive property shopping
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs
• Report unusual or extraordinary property circumstances
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct
