Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. The role focuses on resident services, reporting, and maintaining occupancy while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities include managing files, processing payments, and coordinating with legal counsel during evictions, with a strong emphasis on customer service and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Maintain professional conduct and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Respond to resident requests using proper customer service and sales techniques.
• Collect monies due and oversee audits, evictions, and move-outs; walk units to verify occupancy.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction processes.
• Enter data into property management software and maintain accurate records.
