Morgan Properties in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Club at North Hills. You will deliver an exceptional resident experience, handle tours, respond to needs, and support daily community operations under the Area Community Manager.

The role focuses on outstanding customer service, communication, and teamwork to maintain high standards of service and resident engagement on site.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of related experience or transferable skills, specifically in customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude toward learning new methods.
• Valid and active driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and visitors.
• Respond to resident inquiries, comments, and feedback with excellent service.
• Lead walk-in tours and tours scheduled by the Regional Sales Team, which may involve driving to other communities.
• Work with the service team to make move-ins and move-outs smooth.
• Escalate significant resident or operational issues to the Area Community Manager.
• Inspect new residents’ homes to ensure a positive move-in experience.
• Walk the grounds to maintain curb appeal and flag major issues for the maintenance team.
• Help plan and run community events and engagement activities.
• Help ensure safety standards and company policies are followed on site.
• Review and maintain accurate resident accounts and records.
• Support preparation of required community reports.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative operations as assigned by the Community Manager.
