Job summary

Assistant Community Manager at Highlands of Montour Run in Coraopolis, PA. You’ll serve as a friendly, primary contact for residents and visitors, supporting the Community Manager and reporting to the Area Community Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will greet residents, conduct tours, assist with move-ins/move-outs, inspect homes, maintain grounds, support events, and help manage resident accounts and reports. This role emphasizes teamwork and resident engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience or transferable skills, especially in customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors, answer questions, and respond to feedback with great customer service.
• Give walk-in tours and those scheduled by our Regional Sales Team.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs.
