Berger Communities in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Community Manager for The View North Hills to lead day-to-day operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience.

You'll develop high-performing onsite teams, drive leasing results, occupancy, and retention, and manage budgeting, expenses, and capital planning. The role emphasizes community standards, customer service, and proactive problem-solving to boost performance.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience to motivate onsite teams.
• Strong leasing, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Experience budgeting and managing financial performance preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and property management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall financial performance of the community.
• Set and achieve leasing, occupancy, and retention goals.
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing onsite team.
• Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning.
• Oversee the full resident lifecycle from prospect to renewal.
• Ensure rent collection and manage delinquency and legal processes as needed.
• Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and standards.
• Stay informed on market and competitive properties.
• Create a positive resident experience through strong customer service.
• Drive leasing success through marketing, outreach, and referrals.
