Apartment Management Consultants is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the community in Beverly Hills, CA. This role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills to maintain a high standard of resident satisfaction.

You will handle file management, reports, rent collection, move-outs, and coordination with vendors while ensuring lease compliance.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• At least 6 months in property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional and courteous in fast-paced environments.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run reports.
• Provide courteous resident service and sales techniques.
• Collect rents and monitor evictions and move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during evictions.
• Enter data into property management software.
• Manage resident renter’s insurance process.
• Process deposits and applications.
• Ensure model/apartment readiness and cleanliness.
• Maintain knowledge of lease terms and policies.
• Engage with apartment locators and local businesses.
• Conduct outreach marketing and retention programs.
