Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in the financial and operational duties of the community in Buena Park, California.

In this role you will manage file systems, assist residents, handle collections, and coordinate renewals while ensuring compliance with policies. You will collaborate with teams to maintain a welcoming, professional environment and contribute to resident retention and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in the property management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to resident requests
• Collect monies, oversee evictions, and audit processes
• Coordinate with outside counsel during eviction proceedings
• Maintain lease files, data entry, and show model apartments
