Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) in Palmdale, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing financial and operational aspects of the community. You will handle file management, reports, resident inquiries, and front-line service to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and 6 months of property management experience.

Formación

• Customer service experience required.
• Minimum 6 months in property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee file management and run assigned reports.
• Provide courteous responses to resident requests.
• Collect monies, oversee evictions, skips, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel during evictions.
• Enter data into property management software.
• Oversee renters' insurance procedures.
• Handle deposits and applications for future residents.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for show.
• Maintain knowledge of leases, unit specs, policies, and market conditions.
• Engage with locator services and local businesses.
• Shop surrounding properties and conduct outreach marketing.
• Develop resident retention programs.
• Report unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
